Is the matching bracelet really included, or is it an add-on?
Included, free, with every collar. One price gets you both — the collar beaded with your dog's name, and a matching bracelet in the same colorway sized for you. There's nothing extra to add to your cart.
Why does it take 1–2 weeks to arrive?
Because it doesn't exist until you order it. Every collar is strung by hand once you tell us your dog's name, and the bracelet is beaded to match it. Shipping is free and your tracking comes through as soon as the set is on its way.
Is it actually sturdy, or is it just for photos?
It's made to be worn. The beads run on a steel cable, the strap is biothane, and it closes with a real buckle — not elastic, not string. It's built to survive a normal week of being a dog.
What happens when it gets wet or muddy?
Nothing. Biothane doesn't soak up water and the beads wipe clean, so a rinse and a towel is the whole cleaning routine — no conditioner, no special soap, and no waiting days for it to dry out the way fabric or leather does.
How do I choose between Small, Medium and Large?
Run a soft tape around your dog's neck where the collar will actually sit, then check you can slide two fingers underneath — that's the fit you want. If you land between sizes or you're not sure, email pawpayaco@gmail.com with the measurement and your dog's breed before you order and we'll tell you which one to pick.
Can I return it if it has my dog's name on it?
Yes. Personalized collars are covered by the same 30-day return policy as everything else — 30 days from delivery, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is on you unless the set arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case it's on us.
What if I spell my dog's name wrong?
Email pawpayaco@gmail.com the moment you spot it. Nothing gets strung until we start your set, so if we hear from you in time we'll fix the spelling at no charge. If it shipped wrong because of a mistake on our end, we'll remake it.

She’s an American Bully rescue (the sweetest thing), but people get scared bc of the way she looks. This collar is the perfect conversation starter and breaks the ice so people come and pet her or talk instead of crossing the street. It is really good quality and easy to wipe off after trips to the dog park. The colors are adorable and I was able to match to her harness and leash. I highly recommend!!!
